My name is Leon Morris. Some time ago, you e-mailed me on one of our common surnames. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, but a heart condition and 3 hospital stays has kept me from responding to my e-mail. I've gotten a great many e-mails and 12 long snail-mails behind. I want you to know that I'm very interested in exchanging family data on any family line and I'm happy to share any data that I have with anyone that is interested. The problem was, and is, that my illness has kept me from even typing a few lines in response to most of my e-mail for the last several months. Three years ago I published my family book called,"Morris Fork Kentucky". It gives a summary of my 16 years of research on my Eastern Kentucky families who came from NC & VA. I have approximately 135 surnames in my pedigree chart and the index of my book lists 930 connected surnames.
